    • THE POWER OF SAGE:

      White Sage (Salvia apiana) is revered for its potent cleansing properties. When burned, its smoke purifies the air, releasing negative ions that enhance mood and elevate your spiritual well-being. Sage smudging is often used to clear stagnant energy, cleanse crystals, and prepare your space for meditation or ceremony.

      THE MAGIC OF PALO SANTO:

      Palo Santo, meaning "Holy Wood" in Spanish, is a sacred tree native to South America. Its rich, aromatic smoke is known for its ability to cleanse, protect, and bring tranquility. Palo Santo smudging is ideal for meditation, setting intentions, and inviting a sense of peace and clarity into your life.

       

       

      HOW TO SMUDGE:

      • Prepare Your Space: Open windows or doors to allow negative energy to leave and positive energy to flow in.
      • Light Your Sage or Palo Santo: Hold the sage bundle or Palo Santo stick at a 45-degree angle, light the end, and let it burn for about 20 seconds before blowing out the flame. The embers will produce a steady stream of smoke.
      • Smudge Mindfully: Use a feather or your hand to guide the smoke around your space, body, or objects. Move in a clockwise direction to invite positivity and counterclockwise to banish negativity.
      • Set Your Intentions: As you smudge, focus on your intentions. Whether it's clearing negativity, inviting love, or grounding yourself, let your thoughts align with your actions.
      • Extinguish Safely: When finished, gently press the sage bundle or Palo Santo stick into a fireproof bowl (or beautiful shell such as Paua) or sand to extinguish the embers.

    • We endevour to ship all products to our customers within 5-7 working days (7 -10 for rural addresses). You will recieve a shipping confirmation email with tracking number for your convenience. NZ Couriers (who makes all our deliveries) can not deliver to a PO Box, unless you have otherwise made arrangements with your local courier driver, giving them access to your mail, by giving your Courier driver your PO box keys.
